PPC Management Agency in Nigeria
Right now, someone your ad isn't reaching is deciding your competitor is the only option in town. Vyllan is a PPC management agency for Nigerian small businesses: Meta and Google campaigns built on a real audience and a real budget, set up properly once, then managed week to week so your ad spend keeps working instead of quietly leaking.
You keep ownership of your own ad account from day one, that's non-negotiable, and it protects you if the relationship ever ends. We build the campaign structure around your actual objective, launch with a defined test budget, and check performance weekly, with a bi-weekly optimization pass to cut what isn't working and grow what is.
Is PPC management right for your business?
It usually is if one or more of these sounds familiar:
- You've boosted posts before and can't say what you got for the money
- You need enquiries this month, not in six months
- You're getting clicks or likes, but not messages, calls or sales
- Someone else set up your ads and you don't have the login
- You want to test a new product, location or offer before committing to it
If you've only ever boosted posts, start with why boosting isn't the same as running a campaign.
What's included
- Client-owned ad account setup: your business owns the account, the data and the history, always
- Campaign structure: objective, audience, budget split and creative direction, planned before a single naira is spent
- Defined test budget and review date: you know how much the test costs and when we'll decide what's working
- Weekly spend and performance checks: so money doesn't leak for a month before anyone notices
- Bi-weekly optimization pass: cutting the ads and audiences that don't convert, and moving budget to the ones that do
How a campaign runs
Set-up: objective first. We agree one clear goal, like WhatsApp enquiries, calls or bookings, then build the audience, budget split and creative direction around it, in an ad account you own.
Test: a defined budget and a review date. The campaign launches with a test budget we've agreed together, and a date when we'll look at the results and decide what to keep.
Manage: weekly checks, bi-weekly optimization. Spend and results are checked every week, and every two weeks we cut what isn't working and put more behind what is. Each report tells you what happened and what we changed, in plain English.
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Google?
It depends on how your customers buy. Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram are best at reaching people who don't know you yet, and can send them straight into a WhatsApp chat with you, which is where most Nigerian customers are comfortable buying. Google Ads reach people who are already searching for what you sell. Many businesses use both. We've written more about this in SEO vs. Paid Ads: What Actually Works for a Nigerian SME.
What it costs, and what moves the price
PPC management costs ₦100,000 to ₦300,000 a month for our work, and your ad spend is separate and paid directly to Meta or Google from your own account. Where the management fee lands depends on:
- How many platforms we're running, Meta, Google, or both
- How many campaigns run at once, for different products, offers or locations
- How much creative direction the ads need each month
For context, a click on Facebook or Instagram in Nigeria typically costs between ₦30 and ₦300, according to Grey's 2026 ad cost guide, so a small, well-structured test budget can tell you a lot.
What to expect
Ads can start bringing enquiries within days of launch, which is their biggest advantage over SEO. But the first weeks are a test: the goal is to find your real cost per enquiry, then improve it. By the review date, you'll know what a customer actually costs you through ads, and whether it's worth spending more.
PPC management FAQs
Is ad spend included in the price?
No. Our fee covers the work. Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta or Google from your own account, so you always see exactly where every naira went.
Do I own the ad account?
Yes, from day one. You keep the login, the data and the campaign history, even if we stop working together.
Can the ads send customers to my WhatsApp?
Yes. Meta ads can open a WhatsApp chat with your business directly, which often works better in Nigeria than sending people to a website form. If you use it, make sure your WhatsApp Business setup is ready for the messages.
How much should I spend on ads?
Enough to test properly, and not more until the test tells you it's working. We agree a test budget with you before launch, based on your goal and what a customer is worth to you.
How will I know if it's working?
You'll get regular reports that explain what happened, what we changed and what's next, measured against the goal we agreed, not vanity numbers. If you've never been sure how to read one, here's how to read a marketing report.
