SEO Agency in Abuja: SEO Sprint for Small Businesses

Every day you're not ranking, somebody found your competitor instead of you, and most of them never think to look twice. The SEO Sprint is how Vyllan, an SEO agency in Abuja, fixes that for small businesses: a focused technical and on-page SEO project that gets your business ranking for the searches that actually bring in customers, with a plain-English note on what to expect and when.

SEO results take time, and we say so upfront, there's no shortcut we'll pretend exists. Over the course of the sprint, we run a full technical audit, map keywords to your actual services and location, fix on-page issues, and hand you a before-and-after report along with a 90-day expectation-setting note.

Is the SEO Sprint right for your business?

It usually is if one or more of these sounds familiar:

  • You have a website, but it doesn't show up when you search Google for your own services
  • New customers find you through referrals or Instagram, almost never through Google
  • A competitor keeps appearing above you, even though you know your service is better
  • Your site was built by a designer or from a template, and nobody has looked at its SEO since
  • You're about to spend on ads or content and want the foundations right first

If you don't have a website yet, the sprint isn't the right first step. Start with the free audit and we'll tell you honestly where to begin, which is often your Google Business Profile.

What's included

  • Technical audit: site speed, indexing, mobile, broken links and schema, with every issue ranked by how much it's likely costing you
  • Keyword mapping to your services and location, so each important search has one page on your site built to rank for it
  • On-page optimization: titles, meta descriptions, headers and internal linking, fixed on the pages that matter most
  • Content and landing page recommendations: the pages you're missing, in priority order
  • Handoff report with a before/after comparison and a 90-day outlook
Investment₦300,000 – ₦950,000
Timeline2 to 3 weeks
Every keyword map and ranking snapshot in this sprint is pulled live, not estimated.

How the sprint runs

The sprint takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending mostly on how many pages your site has.

Week 1: Audit and keyword map. We check how Google currently crawls and indexes your site, test its speed and mobile layout, and pull live keyword data for your services and the areas you serve. The result is a keyword map: which search each page on your site should win.

Week 2: Fixes. We work through the issues in order of impact: titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, broken links, duplicate pages, and structured data, so Google understands what your business does and where.

Final week: Handoff. You get the before-and-after report, the content and landing page recommendations, and the 90-day outlook: what should move first, roughly when, and what would slow it down.

What it costs, and what moves the price

The SEO Sprint is a one-time project, not a monthly retainer: ₦300,000 to ₦950,000, agreed as a fixed price in your proposal before any work starts. Where you land in that range depends on:

  • The size of your site: a five-page service site takes far less work than an online store with hundreds of product pages
  • How much needs repairing: a clean site needs tuning, while a site with indexing or duplicate-page problems needs fixing first
  • How many services and locations you want to rank for, since each one adds its own keyword research and mapping

When you'll see results

Technical fixes are picked up as soon as Google recrawls your pages, which can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Rankings take longer. For specific local searches with little competition, movement can start within weeks. For competitive terms, 3 to 6 months is realistic, and a brand-new website usually takes longer, because Google doesn't trust it yet.

Your 90-day outlook spells this out for your business specifically, so you're never left guessing whether it's working.

After the sprint

The sprint fixes the foundation. What keeps you climbing is steady work on top of it: new pages that answer what your customers search for, and a steady flow of Google reviews. You can do that in-house using our recommendations, or move to the Full Growth Retainer, where SEO runs alongside your ads and social media under one plan and one monthly report.

SEO Sprint FAQs

Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody outside Google controls its rankings. What we can commit to is the work: every fix in your proposal gets done, and you see it in the before-and-after report.

Do I have to keep paying after the sprint?

No. The sprint is a one-time project, and the fixes stay on your site after we hand over. Ongoing SEO is optional, through the Full Growth Retainer.

How is this different from the free audit?

The free audit tells you what's wrong, ranked by what's costing you most, within 24 hours. The sprint goes deeper and fixes it: full keyword research, every page checked, and the changes made on your site.

Should I do SEO or paid ads first?

It depends on how quickly you need customers. Ads can bring enquiries this week, while SEO builds visibility you don't pay for per click. We've written the honest answer in SEO vs. Paid Ads: What Actually Works for a Nigerian SME.

Will SEO work for my kind of business?

If people search Google for what you sell, yes. If they don't, the audit will show that, and we'll tell you where your customers actually look instead.

Do you only work with businesses in Abuja?

No. We're based in Abuja and work with businesses across Nigeria. The sprint is done remotely, and the keyword map covers whichever cities or states you actually serve.

What do you need from me?

Access to your website (or your developer's contact), access to Google Search Console and your Google Business Profile if you have them, and a short conversation about which services matter most to your business.
