Online Reputation Management in Nigeria

Right now, someone is searching your business name before they ever call you, and what they find decides whether they do. A bad review sitting there with no reply, a Google listing nobody's touched in months, or a negative mention buried in search results can undo months of good work in the time it takes to read it. Vyllan's online reputation management keeps watch over all of it for small businesses across Nigeria.

Reputation isn't a one-time fix, it's a standing watch. Once your free audit tells you where you stand, this is the ongoing work that keeps it that way: we monitor your Google Business Profile and review platforms continuously, respond to what needs a response, and flag anything working against you before it costs you the next customer.

Is reputation management right for your business?

It usually is if one or more of these sounds familiar:

  • You have reviews on Google that nobody has replied to, good or bad
  • Your Google Business Profile has old hours, old photos, or the wrong category
  • Customers mention something they "saw online" that you didn't know about
  • One negative review keeps showing up near the top when people search your name
  • You don't have the time to check every platform every week, and nobody else is doing it

Not sure where you stand? We wrote about what customers find when they check your reviews, and the free audit will show you exactly what's out there.

What's included

  • Google Business Profile monitoring & optimization: hours, categories, photos and details kept accurate, so your listing works for you instead of against you
  • Review monitoring across platforms, plus response management: every new review seen, and the ones that need a reply get a considered one
  • Monitoring for negative search results and mentions: so you hear about a problem from us, not from a customer
  • Monthly reputation report: what was said about you, what we did about it, and how your rating and review count are moving
Investment₦150,000 – ₦350,000/month
TimelineOngoing, 3-month minimum
Every flagged mention and review reply passes through more than one person on the team before it goes out, not answered in a rush by whoever's online first.

How it works each month

First month: clean-up. We start from your audit findings: fix what's wrong on your Google Business Profile, catch up on unanswered reviews, and map every place your business is being talked about online.

Every week: watch and respond. New reviews and mentions are checked, replies are written and reviewed before they go out, and anything serious, like a complaint that needs you personally, is flagged to you straight away.

End of month: report. A plain-English summary of what happened, what we did, and what we're watching next month.

What it costs, and what moves the price

Reputation management costs ₦150,000 to ₦350,000 a month, with a 3-month minimum, agreed as a fixed monthly price before we start. Where you land in that range depends on:

  • How many locations or listings you have, since each one needs its own monitoring
  • How much review activity your business gets, a busy restaurant gets far more than a law firm
  • How much clean-up is needed at the start, from a tidy profile to years of unanswered reviews

What to expect

Some things change quickly: an accurate profile and replies to every review are visible to customers within days. Other things take longer. Your overall rating moves as new reviews come in, and a negative search result only drops as better content about your business takes its place. That's why this is a standing watch with a 3-month minimum, not a one-off fix.

How it fits with our other services

Reputation management protects the customers who are already looking for you. To reach more of them, pair it with the SEO Sprint so you show up for the searches that matter, or paid ads to reach people who haven't found you yet.

Reputation management FAQs

Can you delete bad reviews?

Not genuine ones, and anyone who promises to is taking a risk with your listing. What we can do is report reviews that break Google's rules, such as spam, fake or offensive reviews, and reply professionally to the rest, because future customers read your reply as closely as the review.

Which platforms do you monitor?

Your Google Business Profile first, because that's where most customers check you. We also monitor the other review platforms and search results where your business is mentioned, agreed with you at the start.

Will you reply to reviews for me?

Yes, that's the response management part. Every reply is checked by more than one person on our team before it goes out, and anything sensitive, like a complaint about a specific staff member, is flagged to you first.

Why is there a 3-month minimum?

Because reputation moves slowly. The first month is mostly clean-up, and it takes a few months of consistent replies and new reviews before your rating and search results show the difference.

How is this different from the free audit?

The free audit is a one-time snapshot of where you stand today, delivered in 24 hours. Reputation management is the ongoing work of keeping it that way, every week.
